ABOUT HUMBLE HATCHERY

Humble Hatchery is owned and operated by Lindsay Gonzales, a science educator and lifelong poultry enthusiast based in Humble, Texas. What began as a passion for genetics, incubation, and animal behavior has grown into a carefully managed hatchery focused on quality over quantity.

All birds are raised from eggs laid by our own breeders or sourced from exceptional partner breeders whose flocks meet our standards for health, genetics, and ethical care. Every hatch—whether our own lines or specialty collaborations—is approached with the same data-driven mindset.

Birds are fed Kalmbach Flock Starter and Hen’s Choice Layer Feed to support optimal growth, reproductive health, and long-term vitality.
